Up to 1 We are a pet friendly apartment community! We are pleased to accept up to two pets per apartment with a 70 pound weight limit for dogs. The pet fee for each pet is $250 and the pet rent for the entire apartment is $15 per month. . - Restrictions: We do not accept certain breeds of dogs or mixes of the following breeds including: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard. Snakes, spiders and ferrets and iguanas are NOT allowed due to liability reasons. The following non-traditional pets ARE acceptable: Turtles, Green Tree Frogs, African Dwarfed Frogs, Chinese Hamsters, Hermit Crabs, Gerbils, and Canary. Fee.
